I installed the newest firmware. I did a google search and did not get any real answers. I was hoping that since I see a lot of them on the field, maybe somebody has experienced the same thing. Is it normal? also gets pretty warm while charging via USB on the PC. Wondering if I should send it back?

Had to remove the batter to get the camera to respond. Have a call logged with support, will let you know how it goes.
